Registration for our stay implies acceptance of the terms and conditions below.
These general conditions of sale apply to any use of the website, including sales via the Internet and telephone to all services offered on the site.
User is financially responsible for the use made of the site in its own name and on behalf of beneficiaries, except to demonstrate fraudulent use resulting from any fault or negligence on his part.
The user guarantees the truthfulness and accuracy of the information provided by him in his name and in the name and on behalf of all beneficiaries using its data on the sites.
The user can control the services offered on the site directly online or by telephone at + 1 646 328 47 09 after having validated the present general conditions of sale.
All registrations must be accompanied by a deposit of 50% of total price and the completed and signed registration form. The balance must be paid 2 month before departure.
Registration is effective from the receipt of the deposit.
All orders are payable in Euros, or according the rate of change
Payment of any order can be made using credit cards or the following payment methods: The national credit card, VISA wearing right headband three colors VISA (blue, white, gold) and the dove hologram, the cards Eurocard / MasterCard recognizable by their MC hologram
The user guarantees that it is fully authorized to use the payment card it will use and that it gives access to sufficient funds to cover all costs required to settle the order. The commitment to pay given by means of a payment card is irrevocable. It can not be opposed to payment in the event of loss, theft or fraudulent use of the card. Beyond these limited cases permitted by law, the cardholder is guilty of fraud credit card. The right to stop payment can not be used in particular to address the lack of right of withdrawal.
The total price of the stay includes:
Housing, PALME and BOUGAINVILLE HOTEL
Restoration full board
The club for children from 3 years
Animation
The access to facilities such as swimming pools, football, tennis, basket, volley ball.
The total price of the stay does not include:
Additional nights
The fly, the transfers / transport
The other hotel amenities such as spa, golf ...
Excursions
The drinks apart from meals
The Baby sitting
A voucher necessary for your arrival at the hotel will be sent to you after the receipt of the full cost of the stay.
The forte village resort is legally obligated to collect a tourist tax ratione temporis on behalf of the city of Pula. Purely for information purposes, the tourist taxes currently payable by guests are as follows:
· Forte Village Resort (le Palme, Bouganville) : € 1.20 per person, per night
· Forte Village Resort (Castello, Waterfront suite, le Dune) : € 2.50 per person, per night
A shortened stay does not qualify for reimbursement.
A cancellation fee will be calculated on the cost of the total stay, as follows:
• From 30 to 45 days before departure 50%
• 15 to 29 days 90 %
• From 14 days to the day of departure 100%
Cancellations can not be accepted by telephone and must imperatively be notified by mail or email.
All air service providers, rail or road are independent companies that assume their respective responsibilities.
In exceptional cases of events beyond our control, we reserve the right to change or cancel our trips. We advise you to take out cancellation insurance.
Please bring your passport or identity documents in force in the EEC. The passport is compulsory for children.
Every participant agrees to respect the rules of life of the group. In case of serious misconduct (theft, disturbing the peace, vandalism, insults, fights ...) any entrant will be disqualified without claiming compensation. Paris World Club reserves the right to pursue the participant having experienced acts prejudicial to the proper functioning of the stay and claim the costs of all damage. Will always be asked for an imprint of credit card by the hotel groups, check-in, in case of deterioration.
